Development of Cyanine 813@Imidazole-Based Doped Supported Devices for Divalent Metal Ions Detection

چکیده

A NIR cyanine@imidazole derivative Cy1 was synthesized and evaluated as a metal ion sensor in solution. shown to be very sensitive all ions tested, presenting blue shift the absorption from 668 nm 633 nm, followed by change colour pale green with Zn2+, Cd2+, Co2+, Ni2+ Hg2+ ions. Despite absorption, decrease at (with colourless), well quenching emission intensity 785 were observed for Cu2+ The results show formation of sandwich complexes two ligands per highest association constant (Log Kass.abs = 14.76 ± 0.09; Log Kass.emis. 14.79 0.06). minimal detectable amounts found 31 nM 37 nM, naked eye detection 2.9 ppm 2.1 ions, respectively. These prompted us explore applicability its combination nanomaterials. Thus, Cy1@ doped MNs PMMA nanoparticles synthesized. Both nanosystems water, allowing naked-eye least 1 7 PMMA.
